CITY COLLEGE–On November 23, 2022, Din Bajrektarevic, a student at The City College of New York (CCNY) allegedly threatened to “shoot up” the Manhattan campus in a series of online messages. The university’s Public Safety Department called law enforcement and Bajrektarevic was arrested two days later when he returned to the campus.
