BROOKLYN COLLEGE — According to an email Brooklyn College sent out on Tuesday afternoon, pedestrians on Hillel Place (between Flatbush Avenue and Campus Road) have complained of being aggressively approached for cash contributions.
The email stated that there are two or three men, described as having dark skin and being over 20 years old. “The males have been using strong arm tactics and intimidation to obtain more money from persons approached,” the email states.
